Is the forum showing garbled controls?

Is the forum behaving in a garbled mess in some places for anybody? Like where text boxes are really small and stretched while other things are huge?

yep.

especially trying to edit my profile.

I finally got my avatar set, but it was kinda blind luck that I got it loaded.
